I'm so confident it _might_ work, and highly confident it _might_ corrupt TIA Portal, and extremely confident Siemens has not stated TIA Portal (any version) is compatible with Windows 11. I am not certain if all regions support downloading keys as a purchasing option, but if so, there are 2 ways to purchase keys: 1) usb thumb drive, 2) online download.
