Slugma/Magcargo don't provide any additional utility compared to Camerupt and Magmar, but Slugma is the easiest Flame Body /. The Pokémon can be filtered by ticking the checkboxes. Both learn Cut, Strength, and Rock Smash. Then you just need any water type that gets Surf/Waterfall/Dive and maybe Flash/Secret Power for good measure!This, normally, includes two pokemon that I use as slaves, because during the whole adventure, I like that they get all the HMs. I think corphish can also learn cut too. - It has a terrible movepool. garydose (watefall gives it one of the very few advantages that it can wreck with a HM) dragonite (1 of the 2 pokemon that learn every HM) arceus (a third pokemon that learns all HM's In the 4th gen ) hydrigon. Skarmory can also work instead of Tropius. For a throwaway HM slave? Wingull is a lot closer. If anything, remember that those two aforementioned HM slaves are all you really need. What is a good HM slave? In my opinion, Bibarel is the best HM slave in every game. HM slave is a Pokemon that is in your team just for HM moves, but everybody knows that, I think.
